Inside Labrador Magazine
Inside Labrador is a magazine publiished a couple of times a year, and is included with Downhome Life magazine. It's about life in Newfoundland and Labrador and is a favourite among those of us that no longer live in the province.
I was fortunate enough to be asked to write an article on our Bigland adventure for this months issue of the magazine. I really didn't expect them to give me a five page thread with a lot of my pictures. How friggin' cool is that.

2014 Dakar Stage 13 - Team HRC
Well Team Honda did well in this years Dakar, unfortunately they finished just off the podium. All the bikes finished with their original engine. Today's stage they placed 1st and 3rd.
Laia Sainz was the top female rider, and finished well ahead of most of the field in an impressive 16th place.

2014 Dakar Stage 8 - Team HRC (+playlist)
Why all the Team Honda postings? Well I've always been a huge fan of Honda, especially their off-road bikes. My next bike will once again be a Honda. Off course I won't be doing any racing, just want a nice dual-purpose for some trail exploration that's easy to ride and maintain, like the new CRF250L. If I can save up some money in the next year or so one will be in the garage.

Breakin' in the new boots
These Alpinstar Scouts are nice, fit well, and are not bulky like motocross boots, but still have good shin protection. Did I say they were waterproof. Oh ya.

Episode 4 is Coming Soon
Sorry for the delay, it's the silly season, and the house has been full of kids. I just have some voiceover/narration to do, final touches and Episode 4 will be released. I'm hoping to have it uploaded to Vimeo and Youtube by the end of the week.
This episode will see Pete, Oliver and I in the Goose Bay area with our friend Jimmie, we then follow the Churchill River west to Muskrat Falls, sight of the new Lower Churchill hydro project, the big fella Churchill Falls, and past all the forest fire destruction on the way to Wabush/Lab City.
